Reporting to the SVP Client Services, the VP Loyalty & Retention Marketing Services is responsible for the overall Profit & Loss of a portfolio of business. Candidates need to have vast experience in loyalty marketing along with building retention and acquisition programs for major blue chip clients. The consumer, CPG and retail vertical practice is the defined sector. They will lead teams of Client Services professionals (Relationship Managers and Account/Client Teams) in the strategy & execution of business plans. 12+ years of related Client Services leadership experience. Expert knowledge of Multi-channel, Database Marketing and/or Consulting. Subject Matter Expertise within the consumer,CPG and retail vertical practice. Location ? Dallas, TX
