Director of Engagement Strategy and Analysis
The Director of Engagement Strategy and Analysis will work directly with the General Manager of the ROI software business unit, as well as other members of the Product Team, to help lead front end customer requirements gathering and application design for an evolving suite of marketing spend optimization and marketing workflow software. Director of Engagement Strategy and Analysis primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day interaction with lead user clients to solve their marketing optimization problems, and help translate the learning and applications from those clients into generalizable, commercially available software products. The candidate should have demonstrated track record in consultative client services in the areas of marketing operations, strategy and/or advanced research, and strong capabilities in data modeling and optimization analytics. Background in the following would be helpful: media planning data sources/services and associated media planning software tools both in traditional and emerging digital/interactive media measurement (e.g. MRI, Nielsen, telmar,Plan, comScore, Arbitron), multivariate statistical methods, and Marketing Resource Management / Enterprise Marketing Management software (e.g. Unica, AssetLink, Aprimo).
