SVP, Analytic Modeling Measurement Strategy
Candidates need to have leadership experience in large Team Management over global locations. Along with a strong level of comfort working with complex IT consulting Teams and Application Developers both focused around Marketing Intelligence & ROI Development. Candidates must have on and off shore Team Mgmt. experience at a global level.
Extremely client services focused position. Candidates need a history in font-facing client strategy development around fortune 500 one-to-one marketing program setting.
This role has overall responsibility for all one to one marketing measurement along with heavy usage within CRM applications strategy. This individual is responsible for designing, building and running the strategy to measure the impact of marketing through all channels. This role requires extensive collaboration with both internal and external partners to bring that strategy to life. The candidate will develop integrated marketing measurement strategy, that includes advertising, direct marketing, live channel marketing and web marketing, ensuring the client can meet business goals and maintain leading edge capabilities. The individual has tactical day-today responsibility for ongoing measurement operations. The individual will manage a 10+ member US-based team and 10+ India-based associates. This individual will be expected to play a leadership role on the senior team helping set strategy along with leading by example for a large group of Direct Marketers.
Candidates are required to have at least 15+ years experience, MBA, Strong understanding of CRM marketing systems applications and data driven information management technology. Of equal importance this candidates must be fluent in advanced statistical measurement and an expert in marketing mix modeling.
