We are currently recruiting for TWO Client Services Account Director roles (one client side and one with an agency). Both are Boston based and we are looking for local candidates first.
Agency side position:
Management Supervisor / B2B Marketing
Integrated client services experience within a leading technology branding agency is a must for this role. This person is part of the agency senior Management Team, participating in client and company strategy, day to day, hi-level marketing plan delivery and Team Mgmt. Candidates must demonstrate deep agency-side experience in managing high profile, volume based accounts. Experience in web is especially helpful along with emerging media and building fully integrated campaigns for B2B clients. Proven entrepreneurial experience and a successful B2B account strategy track records are strongly encouraged. Day-to-days will include collaborating with colleagues on accounts, new business pitches, agency operations, recruiting and training staff, managing client relations and support current accounts. 8+ years related agency experience. Boston.
Client side position:
Management Supervisor / Financial Marketing
Candidates must have developed integrated marketing plans for financial services defined contribution clients and have relevant, current examples. This person will participative in company strategy along with day to day hi-level marketing plan delivery and Team Mgmt. Highly consultative in approach. Candidates must demonstrate deep marketing, agency-side experience in managing high profile, volume based accounts deeply rooted in sales development & support. Experience with emerging web media is also required. Day-to-days will include collaborating with colleagues on accounts, new business pitches, agency operations, recruiting and training staff, managing client relations and support of current accounts. Must have worked and/or lead a financial services account in bringing 401k, investing, retirement or similar products to market. 7+ years related agency experience. Boston.
