Overview:

We are searching for an Direct Marketing Account Supervisor for an ROI services firm located in Northern, PA. Candidates need to have 4-7 years of Account Services experience along with exposure to Direct Marketing campaign development and measurement. Experience in database marketing, client services for a client based in pharmaceuticals and campaign tools or business objects experience are strongly desired. Our client is looking to grow an internal team and this is a great place for succession planning. Requirements are candidates must have known ROI agency experience, client services experience along with strong passion for tactical and strategic planning.

Specifics:

This role manages the effective analysis over daily marketing operations processes and leveraging working relationship across the client’s brand team, agencies, and network of operational database and program delivery vendors. Involved in day-to-day client projects; gathering and delivering information to the team.  Assisting with project plans, including timelines and deliverables.  Perform campaign reporting and deliverability reporting as required.  Testing/QA of campaigns.  Deliverability status updates.  Competitive reporting.  Monitor automation status.    Provide strategic direction to the client in support of consumer and healthcare professional database marketing programs and operations, campaign management, and reporting for brands leveraging the centralized database.
