Our client is a global insights marketing firm with fairly new offices to the Boston area. They have been able to recruit a brain trust of PhD level Insight Leaders to their Team. Our client handles major behavior insights, customer buying trend data and marketing analysis to the top brands in the country.
They make sure their clients get to know and treat their essential customers better than anyone else. They combine proven natural ability with big ideas to find clues and patterns as to what customers are buying and why. Turning these insights into something actionable is what makes a dramatic difference to business.
With access to some of the largest customer transaction data in within consumer marketing combined with market research and contextual data across consumer branding, their Insight Consultants and Client Leaders are working to help clients integrate the customer into decisions across its business.
DAY-TO-DAYS:
This Senior Marketing Analyst position will analyze large groups of data and work with the SVP to make overall recommendations to the optimized success of the business. They should gear their work focused on the development, deployment and refresh of a series of customer segmentations. This position is entrenched in the planning and delivery of test - learn programs along with being attached to the long-term customer impact analysis through data learning’s. They will develop key customer KPIs tracked from all levels through the organization via detailed monthly reports.
The Customer Marketing Analyst plays a strategic role with the various lines of business to conduct analysis and discover insights from the data to help make right business decisions. Additionally, this person will manage all campaign reporting / result analysis and customer and product level profiling and analysis. The candidate should have the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while seeking to improve and automate list processes as required.
*Create, set-up, and execute the campaign reporting
*Manage solicitation and response data to generate campaign reports for modeling purposes
*Automate campaign reporting process
*Think strategically
*Provide data analysis
*Maintain analytical applications
*Analyze all types of marketing campaigns via customer responses and customer behaviors, and provide recommendations
*Present results to internal Product Managers
ABOUT YOU:
-Masters (or similar experience) in statistical analysis
-An expert using SAS, SPSS and SQL
-Experience in retail data interpretation, using SAS or SPSS, and your ability to explain the benefits this analysis can bring
-Able to build a rapport within teams and at the most senior levels.
-Experience in data interpretation
-Able to communicate with clients and colleagues about how their insights can be used
-Previous experience in building statistical models (logistic regression, clustering etc)
-Experience of presenting analytic findings to a non-analytic audience.
