OVERVIEW:

Our client is a progressive, successful, global Marketing Firm in Boston with a fortune 200+ listed client base of noted brands.  We are searching for an established Account sector lead that can both successfully guide major client brands data driven campaigns and additionally manage the delivery of analytics to optimize each programs success. This position is responsible for the overall Profit & Loss of a $25M portfolio of business

They will lead teams of Client Services professionals in the strategy & execution of business plans. Additionally this position will lead the Client Services organization within a defined segment. Partner with Technology Services leadership to execute against client deliverables.

Members of our Client’s Strategy Group have backgrounds with top strategy consulting firms, leading Data Technology & Marketing Services Firms. This position reports into the SVP of the firm and will work closely with an existing Account Team from Digitas, Wunderman, Monitor and Accenture type backgrounds.  The candidate should be a passionate Account Lead who is experience in developing business organically as well.

DAY TO DAYS:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop skills in strategic data driven analysis, lead a variety of complex strategic and organic business development.  In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive global initiatives across this firm products and services.

This position will develop data-driven marketing models that integrate comprehensive and holistic marketing plans based on customer behavior that seek to more effectively use prospect and customer data to produce and execute. Deliver reporting on KPI performance to Client executive level, business managers and other staff to stay on top of Key Performance Indicators. Track key business performance metrics and highlight relevant trends.

Refine methods for and oversee the execution of media mix analysis efforts. Be a point person and thought leader in the definition of marketing strategies for consumer brands. Manage the deployment and oversee the execution of data insights and intelligence service offerings. Provide expertise, guidance and strategic vision in support of organic business development efforts.  Work closely with analytics and research groups in the execution of data intensive measurement effort. Assist in the development and evolution of the practice's strategic offering frameworks.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 15+ years of consulting level Account Management, data measurement and analytics experience including 4+ years in a P&L leadership/managerial role.
  • Proven experience with intelligence platforms and developing data
  • Expertise analyzing, interpreting and synthesizing data. Ability to roll-up analysis into prioritized insights. Solid Knowledge of data warehouse reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within established deadlines, Requires excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Maintain leading knowledge of platform tool enhancements and upgrades, Solid understanding of analytics tagging and tracking/how analytics tool collect data.
  • Solid inter-personal skills; comfortable leading a team and engaging cross-functional partners effectively
