VP, Marketing, Digital and Research- Coastal Maine
OVERVIEW:
The VP, Marketing, Digital and Research will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing and communication strategies, and identifying and developing new product initiatives. This position will be based at the Company’s headquarters on the Maine coast.
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and strategic marketer to help create, launch and build a new online financial services product. They will be involved in the key aspects of the launching and marketing of a unique opportunity for consumers.

DAY-TO-DAYS:
This position will develop and implement consistent brand messaging across the Company and various distribution channels and will direct marketing efforts through all channels and distribution points. Identifying and developing targeted product-marketing campaigns. Candidates will create a system of measuring effectiveness of the Company’s investment in marketing. Managing the communications effort of the Company including public relations. Lead the Company’s social media efforts and identify emerging channels to engage the Company’s diverse customer base. Lead the Company’s customer research effort including customer relationship management data-bases, market research efforts and identification of new products and markets for the organization.
ABOUT YOU:
10+ years demonstrated experience in digital marketing and traditional marketing with an emphasis on financial services, customer focused marketing. Experience in creating and the management of social media campaigns and/or activities. Experience in building and managing affinity partnerships. A passion for and experience in driving innovative digital marketing. Fund raising experience either on the charity side or agency side with a focus on digital (web and mobile). Candidates should have a proven history and samples of effective marketing plans, program development and executions. Additionally they need a demonstrated ability in launching digital properties and campaigns. Experience in SEO, SEM and innovative campaigns. Experience in web analytics. Bachelor’s degree required, MBA with concentration in marketing preferred.
