OVERVIEW:

Our client is a progressive, well positioned, highly successful customer centric marketer located south of Boston.

The major functional focus of this role is providing business analysis and project management. Other functional responsibilities potentially include understanding advanced campaign design, customer needs, complex profiling, and statistical analysis. This director level position will propose and deliver solutions with his/her subject matter expertise, supervise other staff on projects, develop methodologies or infrastructure, and serve as a strong business communicator with sponsors, peers, and suppliers.

This position is deeply rooted in client focused data development working across multiple channels and product lines. Candidates who understand the measurement of behaviors, the drivers to buy then how to make best-bet recommendations to optimize programs will do very well in this position.

DAY TO DAYS:

This Manager level role will proposes solutions to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problems.  They will work Independently to manage deliverables and present results to senior management.   This person will also supervise others on projects, including project management on business problem solutions, guidance on methodologies and quality assurance of results.  They will collaborate with marketing sponsors and other analytic professionals to identify requirements.   Partners with technology groups to identify and resolve any data, environment, and implementation issues.  The Manager evaluates then develops tools, methodologies or infrastructure to resolve long-term business problems.  They will also utilize modeling software, data and system requirements, scoring process, and predictive model output integration into business systems.

ABOUT YOU:

All candidates must be driven by the numbers and have past experience using predictive modeling to solve complex marketing solutions.

Bachelor's Degree in statistics, finance, accounting, engineering or 5+ years prior experience in analytics/project management. MBA is preferred with at least 5 years of relevant experience Project management experience in a matrix environment.   Marketing and Direct Marketing experience is preferred.   Familiar with data and data warehouse environments   Previous database experience   Previous statistical training is required.  Working to expert knowledge in SAS and SAS for marketing optimization is a big plus.
