Investor Relations Associate – Boston

OVERVIEW:

Client is a globally respected Consulting Firm who have recruited some of the smartest talent in the business.  Their main services include a range of strategies including private equity, public equity, leveraged debt assets, venture capital, and absolute return capital.

The Investor Relations team is now seeking a full-time Associate.  This individual will have primary responsibility for working with senior Investor Relations professionals covering global private equity and venture businesses.

DAY-TO-DAYS:

This position will support the senior Investor Relations team in sales and relationship management activities, including short and medium-term special projects and analysis.  They will respond to investor data requests and assembling ongoing data content for Investors. Additionally, this position will assist with preparation of Annual Meeting materials and quarterly investor letters. They will create innovative and insightful presentation content for current and prospective Investors. And of course they will be expected to participate in existing and prospective investor update meetings.

ABOUT YOU:

Candidates should be vastly familiar with discretely handling highly confidential and sensitive information and comfort with organizing and interpreting large amounts of data.

All candidates should have two years’ experience in strategy consulting, investment consulting, or asset management. They should have demonstrated professional and academic achievement. Additionally they should have demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and superb written and verbal skills.

This search is well suited for a strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across senior levels of the Firm.

A self-starter with strong project management and follow-through skills will do well here.

SOFTWARE’S:

Candidates are required to have outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills.

EDUCATION

Four-year college degree with a strong academic background (minimum 3.5 GPA).
