OVERVIEW:
Our client is a Boston-based web optimization firm with a robust client list of name brands within the retail, financial services and consumer space. They have a deep knowledge of web marketing along with a thorough understanding of the business and technical aspects of web site testing. They are now one of the top providers of multivariate testing solutions in the country.
DAY-TO-DAYS:
This position is responsible for all demand generation and inbound/outbound marketing programs for a leading site optimization provider. We’re looking for a professional who can generate leads via a variety of channels. Experience with Salesforce.com is essential.
The candidate will work with the Executive Team and oversee the development of campaign-related branding. The candidate will be directly responsible for lead generation as well as lead management activities. This role works closely with the Sales Team to create a high level of alignment between the Marketing and Sales Departments.
Specifically, they will develop and implement high-impact integrated demand generation campaigns. They will generate qualified sales leads using a mix of programs, activities, and events. These will include Online marketing such as content syndication, newsletter advertising, third-party email blasts. They are responsible for Trade shows, Webinar and events participation and development. This Manager level role will also work directly with PPC campaigns, including Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Bing.
They are responsible for email marketing / autoresponder campaigns and understanding how to both properly segment and optimize. The Manager will measure and report on effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, with the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation. They will measure and monitor lead generation/salesfunnel activity for predictable pipeline building. Specifically: score, nurture, segment, analyze, track, and report on leads, measuring the impact and ROI of marketing on pipeline and revenue. Finally, this role will align marketing programs and activities with overall corporate marketing strategy then manage and track budget.
ABOUT YOU:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in B2B software marketing
- Proven success in creating and executing a variety of marketing campaigns and demand generation programs
- Proven paid advertising management experience (AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities
- Master at marketing operations, automation, infrastructure and measuring ROI
- Ability & willingness to learn new online platforms and skills
- Should be self-motivated and results-oriented, have excellent analytical and communication skills, and be a team player
- Bachelor’s degree
