SVP, INSIGHTS STRATEGY – NEW YORK
OVERVIEW:
We are searching for a candidate to lead Insights Strategy for a progressive, smart Manhattan based marketing services firm. Candidates should have 15+ years of noted agency experience leading strategy for major, flagship clients and growing the business both from an organic & pitch-win standpoint. This position will lead an existing cross-functional Team of 15 plus people. Zero agency ego, ability to work hands-on and strong leadership skills will do well here.
ABOUT YOU:
This position requires a solid background in senior-level client-facing media & insights marketing positions with a proven record of engagement expansion over several millions of dollars. Advanced presentation, verbal and written communications skills, analytical thinking and interpersonal dynamics are required. This person must be a capable personnel manager with team-building skills and mentoring abilities. Experience within multiple sectors while working for a known marketing and branding insights firm is required.
DAY-TO-DAYS:
This position will offer the highest level of Client Service Management that includes manages strategy setting along with having a full Team of direct reports within client services. Additionally the role will have full financial management P&L responsibility working with account leadership to grow the revenue and profitability of assigned accounts. They will be both the tactical and long term strategic client relationship lead to ensures client relations are positive and improving; and that Agency President is immediately informed of any potential relationship problems. Finally, the person will have a strong hand in New Business Development. They will support New Business Growth Officer’s team on an as-needed basis.
